We need to clean first aata chakki and then start the machine
Ideal power supply should be less than 180 V and greater than 260 V.
Ideal position of aata chakki is 1 feet away from wall.
a) Please use clean, dry grains for grinding purpose.
b) Avoid any wet grains for grinding.
c) While grinding sugar, please ensure chamber temperature has to be normal.
d) Also do not grind any oil based seeds ( Soyabeen, dry coconut).
e) Keep an interval of 15 to 20 minutes between 2 grinding processes.
a) Please ensure power supply is closed while cleaning aata chakki.
b) Do not use water for cleaning.
c) Use cloth or brush to get better results. (Particularly in rainy season)
